"This small hotel in a quiet part of Kensington was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a modern, spacious private washroom and shower, a modern HVAC system and a window that opened to let in fresh air. The buffet breakfast was served in a bright, sunny room on the ground floor with no waiting or crowding. The West Kensington tube station on the District line was a six minute walk, with connections to the Picadilly and Circle lines at nearby stations. There were a variety of shops and a pub conveniently located between the hotel and the tube. In all, a very satisfactory hotel. We would certainly stay there again."

"My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days on a recent trip to London. It is located about 2 blocks from the West Brompton Station on the Direct Line (convenient to get to many tourist sites in Central London). The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. We did not request daily housekeeping. The staff was very helpful arranging some car services. My daughter needed refrigeration for some medication. The room did not have a fridge, but the staff kept her meds securely until needed. There are several good restaurants with a variety of cuisines nearby. The Ibis Earls Court is located a little farther west than we have stayed before, but because the Direct Line is so handy, I would stay in this area again in future."
