"The rooms need a deep cleaning. Walls have residue from prior stays. Floors haven't been swept properly. There are hairs in the bed from other patrons...ewww. No body wash in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner. The bedding may not have been changed due to there being two different times that I encountered someone else's hair in the bedding. Fridge has sticky residue on it. There were sticky areas in the carpet. Ice machine dispenses ice with black specks on it. The room has an uninviting aroma. Needs a room freshener or mild deodorizer. Carpet outside of the room was snagged or has crumbs outside of the room door."

Doorknobs weren’t fixed/properly installed on doors- Do not stay here, and especially don’t use your reward points to stay here. They are adamant about their NO REFUND Policy "
