The policy of actual property address secrecy particularly annoying and unnecessary considering hotels and motels have no issue in providing their exact locations. The extraordinary number of text communications in serial form to extract all the necessary information is nothing short of astonishing !This experience has convinced me never to use this particular business, or its opposition's services ever again. Would've been better to state in the advertisement that the host's receptionist lives downstairs as this was a weird experience and felt like we had no privacy also stating that a security deposit is to be paid upon arrival as this was not made known to me until check in.
