The room punched above its weight in quality and the concierge staff were all incredibly helpful and struck a perfect balance of kind and sassy. "Not ideal if you have mobility issues, but otherwise a great stay. The host was exceptionally helpful, with clean towels provided and communal areas and bathrooms kept spotless. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of everything to go around."

"Really stylish rooms, very good restaurant, and a nice terrace for all guests on the 14th floor. It's a 10 minute walk to St. Lawrence Market. Nearest underground (subway) station is Queen or Dundas (another 10 minute walk). Most of the attractions in Central Toronto are within walking distance."

"The room is spacious. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids and we had enough space to put all the bags and everything. The beds were comfortable. We had an issue in the restaurant, but the concierge helped. Overall a good experience and would stay there again."
