"Excellent rooms, very beautiful and relaxing "

"We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!"

"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

"House Rules: Respect our towels and sheets? Need to be clear. Does this mean they are for the owner since this is a rental in their house; because I didn’t get to use any. I don’t know both were used by the same person or what. Leave a towel and wash cloth in the room instead. Thank you."

"Open floorplan with a bedroom for each kid (2) and a suit for us parents. Large dinning table, clean rooms and plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials, we didnt have dish towels. Street parking wasn't bad. Black out curtains in the suit were great to sleep in. As mentioned in a previous review, sirens were abundant but didnt wake us."

"I loved it here! Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Felt very safe as there is a locked gate before you enter the apartment. A little confused when we arrived because I wasn’t aware it was below the taco place and not above it. Had an issue with the hot water because there wasn’t any in the shower. Owner sent a plumber over to check it out as soon as possible. Still had no hot water in the shower. But we didn’t let that ruin our weekend. "I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond helping me and my daughter to use public transportation and it saved money and headache. Informed us about things to do and visit. I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. Clean and comfortable for the price, the jacuzzi was a nice touch! Check in was flawless. Convenient to bus stop to New York. Very close to the airport. Good...

"If you are looking for a bed and shower. This place is right for you. Plenty of space for at least 8 people. The beds were clean. The property MANAGER IS/WAS phenomenal!!! He was so caring and helpful!!! I cannot say enough how GREAT he made us feel comfortable and safe!!! Only giving 3 stars because I think it needs some updates. Other than that. I’d book again. It’s so close to the train station. We appreciated it!!!"
