"Clean, but small. Great for solo travelers, but don’s expect a Western sized room. Decent sized restroom though. Laundry onsite, but the laundry is busy and don’t expect the front desk to help you find an alternate place. Not too far from Shibuya Station, but maybe don’t walk there from the station with luggage—it’s about 10 mins away by foot which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s hard to navigate a busy street, a little uphill, with luggage, in the cold. Easy access to all the action, local buses, and a kombini very close by. "

"Great hotel, great staff and the rooms were clean, nicely laid out. We had the buffet breakfast which had great assortment. Loved this hotel and the lounge offerings. The Cerulean certainly made our trip memorable ! "
