Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. "I’d say this is a very quiet hotel. On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room which made it very difficult to sleep. They fixed the issue immediately. I did notice that the cleaners didn’t change the bed sheets and they didn’t give me clean towels on my first night. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed safe. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until around 9.30 and closes at 6pm and the bar was only open 9-11pm"
