It was loud outside, but it is NY so that is expected. Not a great view from the room on the 8th floor, but room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower took a while to heat up and had to have on full heat to get a good temp."

"Honestly one of my best hotel stays in a long time. Clean room, super friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It was also super convenient location-wise as we were in town to watch a broadway show and it made it so easy to get around and eat at several amazing nearby restaurants. "I give it 5 stars, even though the heat in the room didn't work as they were repairing it, and it affected a few rooms. They took care of us, though right away. Everyone was so nice, room was very clean and quiet. A great energy in the lobby. People say hi to each other in the elevator. The restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast was amazing. We'd definitely stay there again."
