"I liked the size of the apartment, the cleanliness, was not great, we left it cleaner than we received it. I was not told we would not get fresh sheets or towels for the entire stay, we were there 9 nights, fortunately there was a washer and dryer so we bought detergents and fabric softener to do them ourselves. They did leave a huge bag of what looked like 10 year old towels outside our door. We didn’t keep them as we had washed ours already. We tried calling the front desk for a towel bar that fell off the wall, no answer after multiple calls. With the Hilton name I expected better. I asked for my Hilton points, she said they could not be added at check in."
