"Good basic place. Helpful staff. Great location if you have stuff in the city center. The 15th floor corridor has a loud phone to call housekeeping staff. It’s annoying and disturbs one’s sleep. The hotel should find a better system to reach their staff that does not disturb its guests. "

"I found little bugs in my bed. I went to check the rooms of my 2 friends who were staying in 2 different floors. Same problem I don't know what the bugs were. Long story short I alsways keep a little blow up mattress in my luggage and used that to sleep on."

"Room had cockroaches and they were pretty run down. The stuff we’re very polite, good and accommodating. Hotel needs major renovations. I will not stay there again, unless the hotel does major renovations. Location is excellent."
