"22:30pm my door was opened by the receptionist, they then poked something through the door to unlock the safety latch. And just walked into my room, I got out of bed to ask what they were doing, they said "oh, I thought you were still out" and left. In the morning the same staff member was on reception, no apology or explanation was given. "

"I found little bugs in my bed. I went to check the rooms of my 2 friends who were staying in 2 different floors. Same problem I don't know what the bugs were. Long story short I alsways keep a little blow up mattress in my luggage and used that to sleep on."

"We loved our stay and would gladly come back. The property is beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile! The pool area is perfect place to spend the day. Walking distance to coco beach . Transportation was easy to catch from the hotel. Breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious with many options. Thank you for the memorable stay !"
