"We loved our stay and would gladly come back. The property is beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile! The pool area is perfect place to spend the day. Walking distance to coco beach . Transportation was easy to catch from the hotel. Breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious with many options. "This hotel in a colonial style typical of East Africa was just a gem. We were given a nice room, large enough and with all we could wish for. The staff as all Tanzanians were just the friendliest and most helpful, going out of their way to make our stay a delay. We felt cared for and appreciated. When we go back to Tanzania we will go back to Slipway.
