"The location was excellent for visiting St. Jacobs and accessing the bike trails. The parking was well lit, visible and safe. I loved the included breakfast and always-available coffee. But curiously the most notable things in my opinion were the elevators. Maybe I'm just so used to waiting minutes for an elevator to arrive, but here an elevator usually arrives in 15 seconds or less, even if you just miss one of them! Granted the place only has 5 floors, but I've definitely been to places with fewer floors that have slower elevators."

The concierge upgraded our room when we checked in to make sure it was quiet and provided excellent service. Parking is not far away from the hotel and price was reasonable. Our room was a little small bit overall we had a fantastic stay."
