Check in was a bit messy as the front desk person gave my wife a different location. She got into that unit and completely unloaded and unpacked. Two hours later we hear a knock on the door and it's the owner who had come up to stay! Fortunately he was very nice about it and after contacting Suncadia we were given what evidently was...

"What an incredible place to stay! We were here during the years biggest snow storm and lost power most of the week we were here, but this place is set up with a full backup battery system to run the essentials as well as a generator ready to go that’ll power the rest of the house. The hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly when we had questions. Very kid friendly and we will definitely be coming back. "
