SOUNDSIDE PEARL | DUCK, NC | PORT TRINITIE
Soundside Pearl is a six-bedroom soundfront home in Port Trinitie, a private waterfront community in Duck on the Outer Banks. It sleeps up to 16 across three levels and is set up for families, multi-generational groups and small gatherings of registered guests who want room to spread out without losing the sense of being together.
The home sits directly on the Currituck Sound. Mornings are calm, the water is quieter than the ocean side, and the evenings belong to the sunset over the sound, seen from a rooftop-style deck above the tree line.
WHY IT WORKS FOR GROUPS
- Three distinct levels, each with its own place to gather
- A full-size chef's kitchen planned for group cooking
- A secondary lounge with wet bar and a ground-level game room
- Outdoor living layered from the pool deck to the rooftop
- A cargo lift that carries luggage and groceries between levels
THE LAYOUT
Top Level: Main Living
Vaulted ceilings and walls of windows face the Currituck Sound. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open to one another, so meals and conversation happen in one shared space, with a fireplace in the living area. Two king suites on this level, the Trident Suite and Seafoam Sanctuary, each have a private en suite full bath. A half bath serves the main living area. From here, step out to the upper decks and the rooftop-style deck, which quickly become the most-used spaces in the house.
Mid Level: Bedrooms and Second Lounge
Four bedrooms share this level: two king rooms, a queen room and a bunk room for children. A secondary lounge with wet bar gives the group a quieter retreat for kids' downtime, early risers or late conversations away from the main floor. This level also has its own deck access.
Ground Level: Recreation and Pool
A game and recreation room with its own kitchenette and a half bath opens directly to the private pool and hot tub, so the move between indoors and outdoors is easy on long summer days.

SAND, DECKS AND POOL SAFETY
Walkways, stairs, decks and pool surrounds are cleaned and cleared of sand periodically, subject to weather, safe access and coastal restrictions. Wind, tides and storms can bring sand back soon after cleaning, so daily removal and continuously sand-free surfaces are not included; let us know if buildup blocks access.
- Wear secure, slip-resistant footwear outdoors and around the pool, use handrails, and do not run on wet or sandy surfaces.
- Rinse sand from feet, footwear, swimwear and beach gear at the outdoor rinse area before entering the home, pool or hot tub. Remove sandy shoes indoors, and never wash or sweep sand into the pool, hot tub or drains.
- No glass near the pool or hot tub. Do not drag or rearrange furniture, take indoor furniture outside, or move pool equipment.
- Keep paths clear, supervise children and keep pool gates closed. Do not climb railings, bypass barriers, remove caution tape or enter closed areas.
- Report loose boards, exposed fasteners, broken glass, damaged gates or other hazards right away, and stop using the area until we confirm it is safe.
Please share these guidelines with everyone in your group. Documented guest-caused damage or extraordinary cleaning may be charged; ordinary windblown sand and normal wear are not considered guest-caused damage.
