Once we arrived it had everything it listed and then some, cozy spaces, anything you need in a kitchen to cook and easy to use tv and internet. Clean accomodations and communication during stay was great when we had some simpler questions. Pool was fantastic, we did not use the tennis and basketball courts due to heat. Close to the beach (walkable yet you may want to drive), the Wright Brothers...
