"We had a great time and we used all the amenities even before and after checkout which was appreciated. The only thing we weren’t aware of were the rooms were a drive down from the main hotel in older condos. The pictures looked much cleaner and remodeled than they were. We didn’t want to stay at the room much at all, so because of this I do not think we would be back. A beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, though and close to the beach!"

"We loved the hotel amenities, pool, fire pit area, deck for sitting overlooking the ocean. Easy beach access and not a crowded beach area. Umbrella and chair rentals available. The food at The Aviator Tavern was excellent. Also great location near restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Currituck Beach Lighthouse and visiting Duck was also a highlight of our trip."

"This house was phenomenal! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Loved it! The location was great! Very easy walk to the beach to get sun, surf and see dolphins swim by. Short walk to Art's Place for a delicious breakfast. Loved the pool! Beautiful yard. Well stocked with everything (six blenders!). Boys loved the tiki bar upstairs with TV's, sound system, bar and ice maker (even a dishwasher up there!) It was a really great house and location! I will definitely be getting it for next year!"

"The Lemonade Cottage is a wonderful beach house, perfectly nestled right on the dunes. The owners provide so many thoughtful little amenities that we hadn’t even thought of, but that made our vacation even more enjoyable. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the ocean and taking in the beautiful view! The owners are accessible, responsive and outstanding to work with. This was our second year at the Lemonade Cottage and we can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely perfect. Walking distance or quick bike ride to everything. Beach walk took us under 4 minutes to walk everyday. The house has everything you need. "We loved staying here! It is a great location away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded tourist locations. The property itself is very clean, adorable, and has everything you need for a beach weekend. I personally will miss sitting out on the deck with my coffee enjoying the sounds of the birds and insects. Such a relaxing and quiet stay. We will definitely be back!"

"It was a nice place to stay overall. Just wished we knew there were narrow steps heading to the room at the back of the house. It was pretty clean, the ceiling fan wasin verge of falling off and noticed some tapes around it so we did not use the ceiling fan. It would of been nice to have working ceiling fan. The showwer glass barrier was wobbly and not secured so the water would drip out. The stairs walking up to the front door had nails popping out on it so be careful so you dont step on the nails that were sticking out. Most of them were on the side. But it was decent place to sleep over for few nights."
