"The camper is very nice and comes with all the basics you need for a short stay. The camper is well maintained and the bed is very comfortable. The laundry is a shared facility in the campground (which does not have a coin/change maker and the machines only accepts quarters). The camper is located in the closest site to the river and has unobstructed views of the river- definitely the nicest site in the park. The town does not have a lot to offer. "Staff were friendly, property wasnt bad needed a little tlc. Wasnt happy about all the fuss they put into not smoking. When you open the door thats all you smell is cigarette smoke"

"My wife and I stay here every time we are in town, which is usually three or four times a year. This is an older hotel, but we enjoy the rustic appeal and charm. As soon as we walk in the front door and see Angela’s smiling face behind the front desk we feel very welcome and glad we made the choice to stay here. This is our fifth year coming here and we have always found the place to be clean and the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They do have a free breakfast that does start the day, although it is on the basic side, cold cereal, bagel, oatmeal, and fruit. Beds and pillows are both a little on the firm side to me. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay here the next time we are in town."

"The staff was very friendly, well knowledgeable about the service on the property including hotel , bar and casino. When we arrived in the lobby we were greeted with a cheerful and friendly associate. Check in was so easy. The Hotel has alot to offer. There is a grab and go breakfast. You do get a few items to choose from, which is nice. Coffee is always available. You do have the option of working out in the gym they provide, as well as swimming and hot tub. The restaurant and bar are very nice. We choose to eat in the bar as there was a live band playing. The food was excellent. Our suite was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Slept well. We had a room w ith a view to the Ocean. Absolutely beautiful. You may also request a room with a balcony. . We love the coast, this was absolutely the best place to celebrate our Anniversary. Also you can travel to Crescent City and Brookings Oregon , they are both about 10 min one way 20 minutes the other. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience. "We stayed for one night and in that one night we got a hotel room that was dirty from the floor to the bathrooms. The bathrooms smelled like piss. The view was good but how can you even see it when the windows were all fogged and smeared up? The amenities were there but we didn't use it. Barely talked to staff. My review was echoed from a lot others so I knew what I was getting into. Just providing people with an update that it hasn't changed from the last reviews written"

"The bed was old, hard, and caused my husband and I a poor night of sleep and morning backache. When I mentioned this in my Google review, the owners replied with "we select mattresses for the majority of people's preferences". I'm sure that was true when the mattress and pillows were purchased 15 years ago, but that doesn't make it better today."
