"the host and staff were excellent. When we got there we have found that the covers on the sofa smelled of smoking and the host promptly replaced them. The staff replied promptly and was very polite The location was very good The flat has 2 en-suite which was great The room was clean but there were cockroaches (probably coming from the outside) Air-con smelled of smoking probably due to the last guest was smoking in the flat..."
