"Wer Ruhe sucht und diese in sich selbst auch finden kann, ist hier genau richtig. Mitten im Wald, mit ein paar wenigen Nachbarn, einfach in der Ausstattung, aber alles da was man braucht. Jederzeit und sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die hier einen Traum verwirklichen will. Noch ist nicht alles perfekt, kann man sich dran stören, muss man aber nicht!Ich bin jeden Tag gern von meinen Tagestouren mit dem Rad zurück gekommen, um den Tag in nahezu perfekter Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen."

"Es war ein sehr nettes, gut gepflegtes Studio. Modern und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist verkehrstechnisch super gelegen, die nächste Tram die zum zentralen Alexanderplatz führt ist nur eine Minute weg. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Auch ein Edeka der bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat, ist um die Ecke. Die Lage ist hervorragend . Es eignet sich zumSpazierengehen, See in der Nähe , großer Spielplatz nur ein paar min entfernt; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar zu Fuß oder Rad , Restaurants waren ausreichend vor Ort. "Pros: Das Haus war schön eigerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Cons: Das Grundstück war sehr ungepflegt und unaufgeräumt. Alte Ruinen (Nebengebäude - Stall, Schuppen, Garage) waren halb verfallen, mit Unkraut überwuchert und mit Material vollgestellt. Auch auf dem Grundstück lagen Steine, Sandhaufen und anderes Material . Von der Terasse aus hat man auf dieses und eine halb verfallene Mauer geblickt. In einem Garten kann es auch mal etwas Unkraut geben, aber hier war kein System zu...

"Pros: we spend 5 days in Berlin and loved the location. Is easy excess to the Interstates for day tours around Berlin. Public transportation in great if you want to go into Berlin .Mr.and Mrs. war very helpful. Only downfall if you need Internet do not count on. It is very slow and kicks you out. Over all it was a wonderful time there. We would recommend the Blockhouse to every one who want to visit Berlin and but want to stay away from the hassle of the big city."
