"I picked this cabin for the proximity of several hiking locations. Perfect location to enjoy Garner State Park, Lost Maples Natural Area, the Frio and several local hiking/ biking areas. The room was super clean. Exactly as pictured. Mattress was very comfortable and the extra blankets came in handy on a 35 degree night. Great views from the porch and around the property. Hiking and mountain biking trails in the back of the property were great. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the hills. I'm not sure what kind of soundproofing is in the cabins but even with the neighbors outside, I could not hear them inside the cabin. Property owner is super nice responsive to any questions. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Our host was fantastic! Quick with responses. Cabin was nice. The amount of highway noise was unexpected but after about 8:00pm it dies down dramatically. Overall a great place to stay close to the river and Garner State Park. "
