"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend."

I’m always concerned about quality and it was such a surprise see how warm and clean this hotel was, so much so that I’m making it a point to look for more Hyatt properties to stay in! "The hotel was nice and in a good location. However, the water was shut off in the morning and we couldn't take a shower, brush our teeth, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. By the time we saw the notice, it was too late."

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."
