"Good morning We had a good stay in the house. Here are our reports for Arca properties Luxembourg to make improvements: - as already said: repair the leak in the gutter under the front door (just at the box with the code) - Put a bigger sign prohibiting parking in front of the house (we had to call the police because a car was preventing us from leaving) - the kitchen radiator is not working -Add a pair of scissors and a vegetable peeler. "We are 6 adults and needed a house with 4 bedrooms. We choosed that one because of the photos from this website und the very good reviews. Superhost! The contact all the time was very kind via whatsapp. The worst thing was, at the diningtable were only 3 plasticchairs when we arrived. No more in the whole house. Stephan the owner knew we would be 6 people. Via whatsapp he allowed us to brings in the gardenchairs. Photos from the website don't match to what you get: No loungefurniture at the...

"Accueil du propriétaire très agréable. Appartement très bien situé,restauré avec goût, en duplex. Escalier avec des marches irrégulières et un peu difficile. Appartement très calme et clair donnant sur une cour intérieure avec parking privatif. Nous avons eu une longue conservation avec le propriétaire au sujet du parking, car dans l'annonce il n'était indiqué à aucun moment qu'il était payant.Privatif ne veux pas dire payant sinon on donne le prix de la nuitée du parking dans l'annonce.
