"Rooms were spacious and there is lots of room. Only one parking space on the sidewalk in front of the house in case you have two cars. The actual address is 219BIS, not 221 as listed on VRBO so that you can more easily find it. There is NO AC in case you were wondering but the house did cool down after dark. The roof windows were full of bees with one having a large hive, so keep those closed. Very clean and stocked well! Worked well for our large family of 10."

"Good morning We had a good stay in the house. Here are our reports for Arca properties Luxembourg to make improvements: - as already said: repair the leak in the gutter under the front door (just at the box with the code) - Put a bigger sign prohibiting parking in front of the house (we had to call the police because a car was preventing us from leaving) - the kitchen radiator is not working -Add a pair of scissors and a vegetable peeler. "Accueil du propriétaire très agréable. Appartement très bien situé,restauré avec goût, en duplex. Escalier avec des marches irrégulières et un peu difficile. Appartement très calme et clair donnant sur une cour intérieure avec parking privatif. Nous avons eu une longue conservation avec le propriétaire au sujet du parking, car dans l'annonce il n'était indiqué à aucun moment qu'il était payant.Privatif ne veux pas dire payant sinon on donne le prix de la nuitée du parking dans l'annonce. Sinon...

"Lived the room and public spaces, especially the excellent gym. Only nit is that it is very hard to find the entrance due to construction. I mentioned it to reception and they acknowledged it was an issue. If they knew about it, why didnt they post a sign about where to find the "green button" for access."
