"Staff was very kind. I came in around midnight and they made sure someone kept an eye out for me juat in case I got lost. Excellent dinner recommendations and they made the reservation for me. Very cozy. The stairs are a bit steep for anyone who has accessability issues"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and quiet and I felt safe. It was so nice being right in the middle of Chinatown and I absolutely love Kobe. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"連休中だったので、外が騒がしく、ライブの音や話し声などがうるさかったです。布団も薄くさむーい。電気も手前で眩しかった。 店長はとてもいいかた、で立地もかなりよかったです。 騒音が、残念すぎて。ネットカフェ でもよかった感じでした。"

"nice and cosy place near the shinkansen station but you'll have to commute to the city centre (sannomiya) or take a 15 min walk (10 if you walk fast). cleanliness is excellent and hostel is not crowded as well, making for a very comfortable stay. only catch is that check in times are strictly adhered to."
