ひろめ市場へ行くのに徒歩１０分程度で近くていい立地です。 客室の畳がところどころ凹んでいたり、曲がれていて、危ないと感じることがありましたが、大浴場や朝食バイキング会場は清潔感があり良かったと思います。夜間の廊下での他のお客さんの物音や、カラオケルームでの歌声が客室まで響いてきて、気になることもありました。 また、朝食バイキングにおいて、私が視覚障害者であることもありますが、ヨーグルトにかけるブルーベリーソースがうまく出せず困っていた時、スタッフの方が急に何も言わず取り上げられ何も言わずに対応された時にはとても驚いて不快な気持ちになりました。しかし、ドリンクバーの烏龍茶が切れていて他のスタッフが近くにたまたまみえ、声をかけた時には快く対応してくださり気分が良かったです。

残念だなぁ〜

この時期、感染に気を配るのは分かるが風呂の脱衣所に椅子が無いのは自分のような膝や腰が悪い者は非常に使いづらい。 部屋のテレビも上に付けすぎで寛ぎながらテレビを見れない。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応が事務的でホスピタリティがない気がした。 まぁ、価格が安かったから良しとしましたが再度泊まろうとは思わないかな。

到着時、雨降りの中での駐車スペースの案内で不親切、気遣いの足りない点があり指摘したところ、今後改善していただけるとのこと。 部屋の構造がドアからまっすぐ外履きの通路で左に和室、通路を挟んでユニットバスで、トイレに行くたびに下足の通路を横切るため使いづらかった。 大浴場、朝食はとても良かった。特に朝食は具を選んで作っていただけるおにぎりがあり、小さな子どもでも食べやすく助かった。 スタッフの方々も感じ良く、気持ち良く過ごせた。 個人的に苦手だったことが、部屋の壁掛け時計の秒針がスイープではなかったので、就寝時のカチコチ音が辛かった。

朝食のみの宿泊でしたが、繁華街に近く夕食には困りませんでした。街中にありますが、お風呂は広くて露天風呂もあり快適でした。また、チェックアウト時ホテルの方から声をかけて下さり、駅まで送ってくれたのは外が暑かったので助かりました。

高知駅から至近、駅まで送ってもらえる。若い従業員が多いが接客態度は好印象。隣接するビル内のセブンイレブンは酒類は扱っていず深夜営業もしていないので注意。

驚愕のクーポン使用で大変お安く利用させて頂きました。とても気持ちよく満足のいく旅行となりました。 部屋：全体的に古い造りではありますが、清潔感があります。 部屋は和室で、炬燵が用意されており、気分的にほっこりしました。エアコンの効きも申し分ありません。ただ、テレビは地上波のみです。浴衣のサイズもS~LLまであり、家族旅行でしたので、きちんと子供用のスリッパ、浴衣も用意して下さっていました。なんと浴衣の帯には隠れポケットまでついています。 お風呂：部屋にもついていますが、日帰り温泉も可能な立派なお風呂があります。アメニティもPOLAで揃っていました。子供用におもちゃ、高齢者用のイス等、要所要所に心配りを感じます。夜は0:00迄、朝も5:30～9:00迄利用可能です。 食事：食事処での個室利用。P.M.6:00~利用可能です。カツオのたたき、ウツボ、仁淀豆腐等、地元の美味しい食材を堪能しました。子供には酒盗ではなく、違う煮物を出すという配慮。本当に素晴らしいです。朝ごはんはバイキングで、品数も多く、大変美味しかったです。 だし巻き卵、お魚、おにぎりがその場で注文できます。特におにぎりが人気で、具が選べるし小ぶりなので、子供も５つも食べてました！ スタッフ：駐車場、フロント、お部屋係、お食事処、どのスタッフの方もとても気持よく対応してくださいました。龍馬パスポート対象の旅館なのですが、その辺のお知らせが無く、分かりづらいのが残念です。 無料Wifiも問題なく繋がりました。

素晴らしかった朝食バイキング

朝夕食付きの宿泊プランで、夕食の内容が全くわからなかったのですが、ちゃんとした会席料理で味もよく美味しかったです。特に朝食のバイキングの種類はこれまで経験したことのない多さで和食通にはたまらないと思います。 不満な点は、エレベーターが古く速度が遅いくらいで、総合的には良い旅館だと思います。
