"Excellent, super clean, very friendly staff and breakfast is very good, have a good vegetable for breakfast for vegan people. I can't just believe that the hotel is exceptionally good for just a 3 star hotel. Overall, the hotel is very clean, very organized and have a calm environment. The tram is just a very short ride from the hotel to the city center, just 2 stops and the walk from the hotel to the tram station is just a 5 min walk, basically 2 small blocks away. I am planning to stay in this hotel for my future travel to Bern again. I will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning to visit Bern. Bellisima! Ausgezeichnet! Exceptionalle!"

"We booked 2 rooms both small for Europe standards. The one room smelled like sewage when you entered and we had to leave the window open all night. We arrived late and only had it for one night thankfully. The other room had no smell though. Location is good for restaurants, shopping, coffee, and tourism. The train station is very convenient for those traveling with out a car. Grocery store is close as well."

"It is a wonderful old building, the lift is so original, all rooms vary so that may influence your stay. Most informative staff I ever met!!!! Helped us with free public transit & decide on what to visit. The breakfast had the largest Verity we encountered on this trip. Walking distance to everything."

"Centrally located. Couple small things need attention; fridge kept items warm, could use a little upkeep. Also free drink for green option; but…apparently one sparkling water for my wife was 12 francs, so about $20 Canadian. That seems utterly ridiculous."

"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."

"Es un hotel muy bonito el desayuno me encantó muy completo y las habitaciones cómodas. Su ubicaciones es quizá un poquito lejos pero el transporte de Berna lo resuelve además q te dan una tarjeta de transporte gratis"
