Other Details to Note:
REMINDER: The Villa is located in the Mountains, but just a 0,5km-1km ride from beautiful Chaweng Noi Beach, Restaurants and Shops. The concrete road is walkable but steep. We highly recommend transportation during your stay. Beware Transportation will incur additional cost during your stay at this listing.

We offer private driver services. Charged by destination starting from 300-600THB per Car (SUV or Minivan). 4 SUV and 2 Minivan in 24/7 standby and available on 30 minutes notice. Full-time Driver including a car can be booked at much lower prices.

Beware of potential light noise disturbance due to a villa construction in 150 meter distance.

HOUSE RULES: Early checkin and late checkout is available subject to availability.

Barbecue (open fire) is not allowed in any of our villas. Unpredictable risks, dirt, smell and danger for Guests and the Villa. Guests can warm up food with a microwave, Coffee maker and a hot water kettle in the kitchen. No self cooking.

Fresh continental breakfast prepared daily is free and included in your booking price. Breakfast is served between 8.00am-11.00am.

"Hangover Samui" and Grab provide fresh food delivery service across the island round the clock. (a good choice from variety of good restaurants ) Beware deliveries could be cancelled depending on weather conditions including rains and storms.

Housekeeping daily. The Change of towels and linen is provided every 3 days free of charge. Additional requested change of towels or linen will be charged.

Laundry service is available upon request for 100-180THB/ kg including iron. Please drop your laundry in a plastic bag and inform staff.

Please remember that the villa is not a hotel, but a villa in a exquisite relaxed atmosphere in a private environment. Therefore we kindly ask your for the observance of our House Rules:

Please respect our neighbours and avoid any noise between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.

Always respect the property and treat the content and the room with care.

Use the villa only at the booked amount of guests. The reception as well as the treat of additional guests during daytime is allowed. Max occupancy is 4 guests at anytime.

Additional fees for an overnight stay of additional guests not included in initial booking apply.

Celebrations can take place on request with the managers approval in an appropriate volume.

Pets can be allowed on request with a confirmed agreement. Under no circumstances pets can use the pool.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Please use the designated areas on the terrace and balconies.

Consumption water and fibre optic internet is free and included in your booking price.

Use the air-conditioners and electricity with care. 100KWH daily electric consumption daily is free of charge and included in your booking price. Additional Electricity consumption will be visible in daily electricity meter readings and is charged at reasonable 5.00THB/ kWh.

Climbing on the outdoor building is forbidden. Guest are using the common or private pool at their own risk.

Parents supervise children's throughout the property and at the pool at all times. Parents are always responsible for children's.

Manager reserves right to deny use of the swimming pool and to remove guests from property repeatedly not abiding to this house rules.

Rotten, restricted and abandoned 3rd party buildings and structures you might experience across the island during your stay in Samui are out of our management and control. We can not be held responsible for the conditions of third party properties not related to our listings. We are here to help and to assist you during your stay in Samui but can not be held responsible for unpredictable constructions, construction works, construction noise, non acceptable infrastructure and road conditions are out of our control and not related to our properties or management.

Motorbikes are not recommended. Motorbikes are an underestimated risk including experienced drivers. Our reliable driver services, Grab and Navigo recommended alternatives. Always reconfirm price before entering any vehicle. We can not be held responsible for overpriced transportation fees experienced during your stay in Samui but here to help and to mediate and able to offer fair and reliable driver services during your stay at one of our listings.
