Quiet and peaceful stay place

What you pay is what you get, with that said good value for the money. Great stay for 2 nights but I wouldn’t have stayed longar. Really beautiful surroundings and great service. The beds were not that comfortable therefore I wouldn’t have stayed more than a couple of nights. During the nights there was a lot of animak sounds so I woke up all the time, but I had earplugs the second night at wasn’t bothered at all. We booked a bungalow with pool view, would recommend that. Other bungalows are located much higher up on the mountain so I would imagine it’s a lot of steps…I have knee problems so would not be suitable for me. Breakfast was not that good, pretty tasteless so we only ate in the restaurant one morning. Near the hotel you have Natien Beach, which were a small beach and on the beach you have a restautant called “Cool bar” this was truly a hidden gem! Extremely beautiful environment and great Thai food. Don’t forget to visit if you stay at Pawpaw resort. But I would recommend for a couple of nights if you want a more quiet and peaceful stay.

Just moved on from three weeks here and loved it. Exactly what I needed. Small and personal resort with various sized bungalows, lovely pool area, clean bungalows, staff all really helpful and friendly. I know the island very well. This trip was really a catch up with friends & my first stay at PawPaw. Laem Set is on the quieter area of the island with a beautiful beach. Really great for some peaceful relaxation. You’ll need some transport, but locally you’ll still find bars and street food restaurants, including their own onsite. Handy laundry just up from resort too. Huge thanks to Martina & Che. Pawpaw was exactly what I needed and for a great price.

A family of 3 came with a load of bags and a child and we found out that our Apartment wasnt ready and was 200 m up a hill. We received 0 healp from the staff!. 0 pickup or transfers in and out wonderland without extra charges!. Pluss we found our luggage outside at the side walk in front of the 200m uphill bungalow pilled up for us to take them away while we organized a pickup before anyone even checked in. The room was opened and under maintenance still.. Rude owner & rude staff overall. Other Thai owning resorts were waaay more nicer in every possible way... ( cheeper by far - ironically)
