"Positives: The property is beautiful - right on the coast. Our room has a beautiful view of the sea, the harbour and the coast up to Koh Nang-Yuan. The staff in the restaurant were great and so was the food and the price. The pool (although a little worn) was fantastic for us with our toddler. "The resort had power shut off daily from 10am till 3pm. The safety box did not work. Area to store clothes very limited. The resort is approx 30 yrs old and appears to have nothing done since built. The walkways to cabins are very primitive with very few handrails and some areas the walkways were near high drop offs. The walkways were very scarcely illuminated and wiring was spliced and tapped together and laying across walkways along with water pipes creating trip hazards. I would not recommend...

"Great location, close to the port, so walking there doesn’t require taxis. Bedrooms were massive with huge beds. Bathroom however was tired and in need of upgrade. Pool area decent although the pool was dirty and cloudy. Restaurant severed a great selection breakfast and the view from the terrance of the beach and sunset was 10/10. Overall average. Nicer hotels on he island for less money in our opinion. "
