"We had three rooms at Kenilworth in July of 2026. We were there for two days, visiting relatives and doing some sightseeing.
The staff at the hotel always made us feel welcome. They took us to our room directly, and then Tanisha came up to the room to help us check-in. Which was a unique experience.
On the first day, Tanisha helped us with a car service and also planning out a sightseeing itinerary.
The car service on both days was exceptional and appropriately priced and very professional drivers. Shantanu was with us for three days and also stood in as a guide to explain places
The restaurant had good food and the staff were also exceptional. Some provided great tips on eating places around town.
The rooms were very clean, modern, and had all the amenities. Staff was very attentive and kept the room fresh for us everyday.
Only issue we had was that one of our bathrooms smelled a bit like sewage. They offered another room, but we had attached rooms and did not want to change. Management took our feedback and hopefully will fix it.
Overall a wonderful experience, and will highly recommend."
