"This hotel was excellent. From the location with beach views, poolside bar, excellent restaurant (Sea Salt) and of course the staff. The complete experience was incredible. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Kauai. Highly recommend!"

"This property has an amazing location! If you want Oceanfront, you get oceanfront! The beach access to Brennecke’s and Poipu beach was a short walk. They had an access gate that allowed quicker access to it. It was about 30 minutes from tubing and kayak excursions and the same to the Waimea port. We had great communication and easy check-in and check-out. We did arrive after 4pm but had no issues with after hours check-in. The main reason I had to give it 4 stars was because there was construction going on in the unit above us the last 2 days we were there. It was extremely loud banging that went on for over 2 hours after we return from our excursion. We were able to leave the first day but the second day was frustrating because my husband got seasick on the Nepali coast snorkeling cruise and needed to sleep. That didn’t happen. We would definitely return to this property but the construction definitely was disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for this week stay."

"Very pricey but worth it. The property is truly magical. Everyone is cheery and extremely helpful with any questions you have about the property or the island in general. Kukui'ula does not disappoint!"

"Property was well maintained. Being that its right next to the ocean there's some rust here and there. Rooms are nice. Washer & dryer. Kitchen and we had 2 br 2 ba. Very nice walk in pool with a little bar and grill next to the pool. Great food and good drinks. There's a small gym with a sauna . Overall great place to stay. Next to ocean ,but No beach. I would recommend"

"This was a perfect place to stay. Everything we needed was there, the location was great and the house was clean. Having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk! The only thing other members of our family mentioned was that the beds were very springy and weren’t the most comfortable beds. Other than that, we loved the place!"

"The room was very clean and a great location! We even got an ocean view! The only downside is the pool being across the street, but it’s an amazing pool and you can order food and drinks there! The location of the property is amazing! Lots of food options across the street!"

"The property exceeded expectations by far. The property was spotless. It had every amenity you could think of. This was my first time vacationing this way and I’m afraid the bar has been set very high. I had to contact the owner several times prior to coming out to Kauai and he responded within 30 minutes. We loved the location. We must have spent hours watching the surf and the sea turtles struggling against the tide from the lanai.We celebrated our 30 th wedding anniversary and it will be the most memorable celebration we have had to date. Because of our visit , I would recommend this property to everyone planning a trip to Kauai."
