"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! The room itself is old, dirty, not well kept, not looked after, and people are NOT CLEANING!!! There was a dirty sock in the drawers, a lizard running around, and MULTIPLE cockroaches. There were stains on the pull out bed, along with trash and crumbs underneath it— clearly nobody is cleaning the rooms thoroughly. "We booked a two bedroom, two bath unit. Before arriving I received an email stating that the two bedroom was no longer available. I replied with a follow up question which went answered. When we arrived, we discovered the only bedroom faced the parking lot-not the ocean. Had we known this, we likely would have cancelled our reservations. The unit itself was a bit dirty. "Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "
