No follow through on their side. And you will get response that sounds like they did not read your message at all. "Awesome stay!! Loved the sound of waves crashing on the beach from the room. Ocean view was at a slight angle. Our next stay here will be in a unit at the middle of the U with a more direct ocean view. Check in was at a nearby hotel. Quiet resort with 2 nice pools on what feels like a private beach. Walking distance to everything we needed, including awesome restaurants and Safeway. "

"Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
