"We had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful inn. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was quiet, well appointed, filled with delightful toiletries, and so comfortable. "This was the most expensive accommodation we booked in Japan (there was nothing else available at the time) and sadly it was not worth the price. There was no communication from the hosts before arrival and we found it very difficult to find the exact address in order to locate it on our phones. We had booked dinner and breakfast and the food was average. The young man running the place was doing his best but it was a disappointing place. "

"I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx.
