"This hotel is AMAZING! The property is gorgeous, the staff is so lovely and the breakfast buffet…lights out. More importantly if you are in London for a medical there is no other place to stay! This is it. Quiet, clean, and a 24 minute walk. I walked it today ! I so love this place . I’ll be back Spencer !"

"Stayed for 8 nights. The room and bedding was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the room with kitchenette. The breakfast was good. Nice to have hot food options. Enjoyed the pool multiple times but always had to ask for towels. The main lobby and halls had visible damage on the ceiling leaks and wall repairs. Understandable they were working on Reno’s however in the 8 days no repairs had been made."
