"Hotel was nice, pretty normal American-ish design, rooms were clean but a little sterile looking (again, very generic American hotel style), bed was average. Plenty of space in the hotel room, and place to put your things. Room had a refrigerator and kettle (which is nice because I like to make instant coffee). Window only cracked open but still opened for fresh air. Some of the male staff were a little aloof. Not unfriendly, but odd. Everyone spoke perfect English.* Breakfast cost was a little high in my opinion, but a common price for a European hotel (25 Euro per night per person) Hotel in a decent part of town and getting a cab wasn’t hard with help from the staff (Uber was a little hard to use in Munich, not hotel related, just an FYI) *Note, it is not a requirement for staff to speak my language, but it is functionally easier for me since I do not speak German too well. Just a nice to have feature ;)"

"A fantastic place to stay! The staff here is friendly and efficient. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with a breakfast room/bar in the lobby, a beautiful place to watch sunsets on the roof (we had our happy hours up there), and rooms that offer both comfort and cleanliness. The technology they use for WiFi (changing the password everyday) and laundry(horrible app) could use an upgrade, but their approach to everything else is wonderful. The hotel is located right next to the transit stop and there are good restaurants, groceries within a short walk or transit ride. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hôtel très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes de la station de métro U3. Très propre dans l’ensemble et tranquille. Petit point que n’est pas négatif, mais plus une information qui pourrait être utile à certaines personnes, le seuil du bain / douche est très haut donc difficile d’y entre et surtout d’y sortir"

"The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Great location. Right next to the S Bahn and a bakery/grocery store which had amazing options. The only gripe is we had a "family" room and the shower was an open European shower, out in the open and I was traveling with my husband and 2 sons ages 23 and 14, so being the only female I showered early and in the dark and still worried. I had my older son lay on his bed with his head towards the door also to buy me a little privacy. Without my kids the room was amazing."
