"This is a newer complex. Arrival was very pleasant. Parking can be indoors for a fee but parking on the street is free. The hotel is directly beside the train station so very easy to get to get to the tourist locations. A nice feature of the hotel is that if you do not require housekeeping, you get a free water or beer per person. The hotel is very stylish and there is a grocery store on the ground level."

"The property and our room were both wonderful! A great place to stay in Munich. The underground station is very close. Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was quite warm at night and we had to open the window. Our room was located at the front of the hotel, which is overlooking an area designated for smoking. We could smell cigarette smoke from guests smoking beneath our window all night long. I would recommend requesting a room on the back of the hotel for this reason. The hotel should consider whether there is a more appropriate place for the designated smoking area."

"The breakfast was fresh and plenty of options, staff friendly and helpful. Location is a little far from the old town. I used bolt scooter, it was a cheapest option for me. Room was just OK, bathroom was dark and had some, look like, black mold in the shower stall. My windows were facing road construction, so I was up at 7 am every morning 🙄. Other than that it's fine."

"Great distance from U-bahn and easy to find ! I chose it, so it would be easy by U-bahn from Oktoberfest, and after only 15-20 minutes - we were at the hotel. Excellent breakfast selection, we were very satisfied with the food. And easy to buy some late-night snacks/drinks in the self-scan kiosk. We´re comming back !"
