"I've been staying on this property many times since the last year. Location is perfect. Unfortunately hotel's condition is degraging. It's not that clean any more,room cleaning became very strict. If you missed it,like you were in the room and asked them to come later,they will not come again and consider it as a declined cleaning. Next cleaning time will be in 5 days. Also they're unprecendently strict on any changes. Last year i had to change my booking due to the family's tragedy and got "No" for answer. As a result i lost money for prepaid week of staying. Thoses "little things" really leave a bittertaste and i wish the hotel's manegement will learn a bit of humanity and people's oriented skills."
