"Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt und da das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es sehr laut wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist. Außerdem war der Getränke/Snackautomat defekt. In diesem Automat gab es 0,5l Cola für 3€ und an der Bar neben der Rezeption 0,2l Cola für 3,50€. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar und Rezeption waren nicht in der Lage das Problem zu lösen und die einzige Option war es, dies überteuert zu kaufen. Stattdessen hätten sie einfach den...

"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults.
Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food.
Spa with massages is also very good.
In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel on the whole was a little tired and dated but I enjoyed my stay and if anything this added a nostalgia value to the place. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!"
