"Because it’s shoulder season, Mike Harris the front office manager gave us a room upgrade. Great hotel. We had a storm with a power outage in the whole of Revelstoke. So was unable to wash, shower or doo washing. Thank goodness restored in the morning so able to bathe etc before checking out. "

"Very clean and very polite staff. The pool and water slide kept the kids entertained for hours and was in a separate building so you couldn’t hear all the noise. I would definitely stay here again"
