Hotel Estherea is a beautiful place, with a fabulous location, great staff, clean, breakfast is great and the cookies,flavored waters and coffee machine are over the top. There are fresh flowers, gorgeous chandeliers and very comfortable sitting areas. It was a real treat and I would go back in a minute.

Exceptionally nice property. Great staff, nice rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pricey, but it did deliver on quality and variety. And of course a fantastic location and the place is quiet, which we liked.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

The property is unique. The commons areas are welcoming and convenient. We stayed here to be close to the art museums, and if you can dodge the bikers and trams for a five-eight minute walk, you will love the experience. The cocktail spread was all we needed for that evening meal, though we did find nearby restaurants that were fun. Breakfast at the hotel was delightful. Most wonderful was the kindness of the lovely women running the hotel. We felt welcomed in Amsterdam thanks to them.

I will only stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The location is ideal - quieter street but walkable to everything. The amenities are everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is out of this world - energetic, professional and helpful.

All the rooms are different which makes them interesting. Comfortables beds, though pillows could be softer. Free bottle of champagne in suite was nice surprise. Loved the tea and pressed coffee set up in room for mornings or chilly afternoons. A steamer in the closet is better than ironing board. Room was quiet for outside noise, but some mechanical noises but not awful. Room service was good and Janz was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Area around hotel was great boutique shopping. We had an amazing experience at the hotel. Absolutely gorgeous and the staff was all very very helpful and friendly. The absolute only thing I didn't love was the room being in a different building from the main hotel. The lounge was breathtaking and all the bartenders were excellent and very sociable.

Really the perfect hotel for the museum tour, in easy walking distance to all of them. The canal is lovely and quiet, tons of busy restaurants in a 4-5 block radius, lively night-life, friendly, busy, fun. Lobby recently renovated and very enjoyable with a view of the canal -- the breakfast service is superlative. What's not to love? If you stay, book a panoramic room, you won't be disappointed.

Very pleased with our comfort room stay for 4 nights. Was quiet (despite the coinciding Amsterdam Dance Exhibition drawing half a million to the City, bed mattress very comfortable (pillows too thick), great shower and hot water availability (hate the little aluminum tubes with soap shampoo, etc - hard to fully extract, lids fall on the floor), great location for access to city center. The Staff on the front desk wasn’t very welcome. The lady at the restaurant Gorette was amazing, very sweet and efficient.

The hotel is walkable to a number of the places we were visiting. I liked that it wasn’t in the city center but only 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
