"The 2 women checking us in were phenomenal. Very polite and informative and efficient. We were hoping to drop our bags and walk around a bit until check-in. But instead we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, that was absolutely fantastic. We were able to take a short nap after being up for 22+ hours, and then go sightseeing and dinner. The room was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Can't wait till we come back. Loved the location."

"An overall lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile at all times. The room was a good size, a lovely comfy bed, initially pillows were fluffy and not the most supportive but the staff were happy to provide firm pillows on request. The breakfast was a nice selection that varied day-to-day, but could become a little repetitive after a few days (a problem at any hotel though!). All food was well cooked and of good quality The spa was wonderful, great sized pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room and a great place to unwind with views of the city. The hotel is showing its age a little in places, but this is mainly just little aesthetic touches like little dinks or wear. Overall I’d happily stay again. "
