"Very highly recommend to anyone looking for an Awesome spot walking distance to Oktoberfest grounds. Cafe downstairs on the main level was perfect for morning coffee and pastries and sandwiches, and beer and other drinks for sale as well. Staff was friendly and helpful and were happy to speak English to assist us on our stay."

"Stayed here for 4 nights while in Munich for Oktoberfest. Had a hiccup (on our end) with our reservation and the staff were very helpful and understanding. We really enjoyed Norbert in the bar area. He was so friendly and always has a smile! Food and drinks were good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

"We were here for a short stay during Oktoberfest. Good location just a block from the Aidenbachstrasse metro station. Parking was available for a charge, but worth it if you’re not interested in taking a chance street parking. Also, if you’re renting a car from another country, WunderLocke is outside of the environmental restriction zone."

"Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room! Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried. Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither."

"Would have been nice to have a safe and a small bar fridge in the room. My sister booked at the same time and had a much larger room for 200$ less and had a kitchen and sitting area. Very good location to everything. Grocery stores very close by. Beer Garden restaurant close by. Romanian Travern 12 minute walk with amazing food. Bathroom was very nice and excellent water pressure. Staff was helpful and kind. Check in and out was very easy. Never had the breakfast as there was so much good food around in Germany to eat. Bus stop and subway are super close by."

"The hotel has an excellent location, with the Harras UBahn station lift directly across the road from the property. Rooms were clean, and had nearly all the amenities you would need. A fridge in each room would be nice. There was a very friendly member of staff working at the bar one of the evenings we stayed in for a drink. However there was a member of staff at reception who was rude. When we were checking out he tried to claim we had two breakfasts and put it on the room. He even tried to claim my signature, and whoever signed for the breakfasts signature were the same when they were clearly different. It was only when I insisted he checked the CCTV to see we had not gone into the restaraunt at all that he then spoke to the waitress in the restaraunt who then confirmed it was not us who had the breakfasts. A sour ending to an otherwise pleasant stay."
