"Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Heaven Apartments. Nikos är oerhört trevlig och välkomnande oss trots att flyget var ett par timmar sent och vi kom fram mitt i natten. Han hjälpte oss också med tips och förslag på saker att göra på ön. Han är mycket serviceinriktad! Vi bodde i lägenhet 3 (nyrenoverad) och hade balkong med viss havsutsikt. Mycket bra skick på lägenheten och städning varannan/var tredje dag. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade jättebra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! "

"Helt igennem perfekt ophold. Vi havde 2 vær. lejlighed i 2 etager - med fuld panorama udsigt. Adgang til solsenge på egen strand (som man dog skal betale for at benytte). Lille restaurant der serverer mad og drikkevarer. Virkelig god service. Eneste ting man skal være opmærksom på er at det kan være en udfordring for gangbesværede. Der er rigtig mange trapper. "

"Excellent time staying at these apartments! A quiet, lovely beach is right outside the property which was perfect for us. The gardens and the property as a whole is very well kept. Konstantinos was great, answered all our questions and the check-in/check-out was very easy. WiFi was a bit patchy sometimes, but no issues after restarting the router. "From our first interaction with Maria to the last, The communication was excellent. We were surprised with a lunch on our first day made by her mom that was delicious! Every detail was attended to, and all of the folks that we interacted with during our stay we're absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to stay here!"

"I could not say enough great things about our experience here! The staff are so helpful and really want to make your experience in Crete the best it possibly can be! They gave us so many recommendations for things to do but once we were back and wanting to relax it was the perfect space to do that. The location couldn’t be better as well, just across the street you have a choice of 4 different beaches! There are also walking and bike paths if you wanted to go in to see the Chania old port. 10/10 experience! "
