We hadden twee kamers geboekt, maar helaas lagen deze niet naast elkaar. 1 kamer op het gelijkvloers en de andere op de 2de verdieping. Bij aankomst deed de receptioniste geen enkele moeite om ons tegemoet te komen en kwam bovendien onvriendelijk over. Gelukkig was een ander personeelslid wél vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar toch wilde ze deze niet omboeken. De spa was gesloten tijdens ons verblijf, wat teleurstellend was aangezien dit een van de redenen was waarom we voor dit hotel kozen. Ook het ontbijt voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen van een vijfsterrenhotel, en hetzelfde geldt voor de kamers. Over het algemeen voldeed het verblijf niet aan onze verwachtingen.

Das Hotel ist ingesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal scheint manchmal etwas überfordert. Die Karten als Zimmerschlüssel funktionieren nur selten, so dass man fast täglich die Karten neu codieren lassen muss um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen aber ausreichend. Bis in die Innenstadt ist es relativ weit. Für eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto von der Autobahn kommend ist es ideal gelegen.

Amazing spa in the basement (6 different kinds of sauna and pool). Very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and the garden area was beautiful. Very easy to organize cheap taxis to the center.

Breakfast food selection was great but most fresh items were not covered which resulted in multiple flies sitting on food. The hotel is very comfortable but some areas look like they could use refurbishment, especially carpets. Gym equipment a bit outdated and squeeky. Very nice and well maintained garden behind the hotel.

Located far away from the city center with not much around it and nothing to walk to. My other issue probably varies by room but in my room it was difficult to use the toilet in the bathroom because a sink counter extended too far directly in front of it.

Not really in Krakov.

7km outside of Krakov, 25 to 30zl in a taxi to the centre. If you are happy with that then this is a good choice. Biggest downside to the hotel was the bar costs. A large beer costs (24zl) more than double what you will pay in the centre of Krakov (12zl).

Hotel, który zatrzymał się w poprzedniej epoce. 5 gwiazdek, a i owszem ale 50 lat temu. W pokojach zamknięte na klucz minibary, aby włozyc do lodówki butelkę wody najpierw nalezy iść lub zadzwonić do recepcji, która rząda depozytu. Fitness centrum szumnie brzmiące z nazwy nie posiadało połowy urzadzeń sprawnych. Aby korzystać ze SPA należy dodatkowo zapłacić, jak równiez za parking. jedynie co ratuje ten hotel to bardzo przyjazna I pomocna obsługa personelu.
