The room was very large and spacious! Very clean. Included bottled water that could be refilled at water station in hotel. Coffee and tea in room was great for early mornings. Location was fantastic walkable to all the sights and restaurants.

Very helpful staff, let us stay a little bit longer no charge as had late flight. didn't have breakfast so can't comment. big rooms,comfy bed only negative could of done with a couple more milk packets for the coffee. Would definitely stay again

Very clean, spacious and airy apartment, friendly and courteous staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent location with all the points of interet in walking distance and plenty of restaurants around. We didn't try the breakfast but seems to be good. However, they have free drinking water available. Please note that although it is advertised as apartment, it doesn't come with any kitchen facilities, only a kettle and and mini fridge. Would surely recommend.

Hotel is neat, clean, fairly quiet, and well-located in the old Jewish Quarter. It is walking distance from Wawel Castle and the Old Town, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Downsides were all in the bathroom, which had a floor that was very slippery when wet, which it will often be because there is no shower door. There was also no soap in the shower, just shampoo. Toilet was noisy but didn't move much water, and towels were thin. Breakfast buffet was OK but there are better options nearby for much less, like Kolanko #6. I would consider staying here again, because the location is so good and it was a generally good.

Booked a family room, both rooms really spacious with shared bathroom. Great location for exploring, within walking distance to the Jewish Quarter, the Old Town & Main Square. Staff friendly & helpful, room clean & quiet and had everything needed for a short stay. Safe and fridge useful and liked the additon of bottle water which you could refill in the breakfast room. Comfortable hotel in the Jewish quarter

Located in the Jewish quartier and in a main avenue, you can walk to the old town and/or to Wawel castle in 20 minutes. Staff could have more experience in terms of counselling on tourist attractions both in the city and surrounding areas.
