"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff always had a smile on their faces. Pleasant way to start the day. The hotel was quiet in the evening. The rooms are clean and spacious. Anytime I’m in the Denton area, I always stay at the Embassy Suites."

"I recently stayed at the Fairfield in Denton, and unfortunately my experience fell short of expectations. The air conditioner had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which made it seem like the filter or unit was overdue for maintenance. Throughout the night, the refrigerator repeatedly made loud popping noises, making it difficult to get uninterrupted sleep. The biggest issue occurred Sunday morning. My room was on the first floor, directly near a meeting room where church services were being held. The music was loud enough to wake me up several times. Since I had worked overnight, I was trying to sleep during the morning, so the noise was especially disruptive. The staff was courteous, but the maintenance issues and noise made for a disappointing stay. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience."

"The staff were friendly. Room was clean and cleaned everyday as long as you request it. The breakfast buffet was good for $18 per person. Ordering drinks and food between 4pm and 6pm is rather slow. If you’re in a hurry, expect to wait. Self-parking is available but area by entrance was a dirty. Trash cans were overly full. Needs more attention."

"The only weird thing about our stay was they put us in a handicapped accessible room which means it was spacious but we felt like the bed was a little smaller than it should have been and the bathroom had a bench in the shower which could fold up but still the whole experience felt a little weird. I didn't book a handicap room. It should have probably have been left open. In case a handicapped guest checked in. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable."
