"Our stay was great! We usually stay at Hotel Swexon or the omni downtown but we plan to come back here next time. We got the strip view and it wasn't loud at all, we didn't hear anything. The buffet restaurant has great food too! "

"I loved my room and my bathroom. My AC was making some noise and they sent an engineer to repair it immediately. They even offered a room change but I stayed in my room. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great. I read someone complaining about the small sink. Yet the sink is small but I don't see what the problem is. Great patio and great pool. The morning coffee was okay but next door at walking distance there is a great Starbucks and Neckter for fresh smoothies and juices so I was all set. Loved the lobby, the gym and all the other lounge areas as well. Loved Dallas Plano NYLO!"
