"The pool was out of service. The microwave wasn't plugged in & the cord didnt reavh an outlet. There were not enough outlets in the room. Otherwise it was all good"

The only thing I didnt like was that when I entered my room I noticed the trash had not been emptied and there were no trash can liners. I went to the front desk to ask for liners they said they do not line thier trash cans and offered me grocery sacks to line the can"

"Our room was very clean, linens fresh. Lobby and breakfast area could be attractive/warm/ inviting with a little decorating effort. Decaf coffee was warm at best. Decaf always seems to suffer. Regular coffee was fine. Scones were served cold. Was I supposed to warm them myself? They were also damp in places. I do not drink skim milk. 2% would have been a nice choice. Timing is an issue with breakfast that sits out too long. Lobby and breakfast, especially decaf, need attention. Staff were friendly. They need a nicer , larger work area. It should look more businesslike with a little class. Current desk looks like an afterthought. "
