Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever experienced. Never stay here. Just beware."

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"Room was neat but the bath was uncleanly and the shower tiles broken at the sliding door. Hallways were awfully lit with very blue white LED bulbs. Outdoors the grass had not been mowed and at least one set of the parking lot lights did not work (and based on the location that is not a good thing). Lobby/breakfast area very uninviting. I was surprised overall. The most tired and uncleanly Hampton Inn I have stayed in. And based on the $200++ nightly stay, would not stay again."
