We very asked about our arrival and departure hours and the hotel provided us a very warm wellcome and even there were some Christmas cookies in our room and the reception area. "We had a very nice stay here. The hotel and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location, just walking distance from the town, restaurants and shops. There is free onsite parking which is important as you can't park on the road side. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was comfortable enough."

"The owners were VERY gracious and understanding even after my very late arrival. They offered me a choice of upgraded rooms and even an extra blanket for the chilly night. The views are amazing. The hotel is elevated and set back from the main road - there was no street noise. Breakfast was very impressive, including a choice of what seemed like 3 home-made jams. "
