The bathroom was a highlight—modern, beautifully done, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small thing that makes a big difference!). "Hotel is located right above the Kitahama metro station, so it's very convenient for travel down to Dotonburi and it's linked lines. My room was very clean and the soundproofing must be great, because I'm a light sleeper and I heard no noise on either night I stayed here."

"We booked the hotel without knowing it’s a five star hotel. It meets all the standards for a five star hotel - from staff, service, amenities to quality of bakery. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. The indoor onsen (spa) is open from 6am-midnight which was great after a long day of walking. A Lawson convenience store and pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hotel. One potential con is the hotel is positioned right on a main street which means you can probably hear car noises or general noise pollution from your room. "
